    What Is Sushi?

In decentralised finance, Sushi, also known as SushiSwap, is one of the largest AMM decentralised exchanges.

Sushi started as a fork of Uniswap. The later Sushi versions added support for CLMM liquidity models and many other trading features.

Sushi is launched on many blockchains, including Ethereum mainnet, Polygon, Avalanche and BNB Chain. View Sushi on Ethereum mainnet.
