Dear All, I wanted to provide you with an update on the current situation. Since last week, I have been in daily contact with the bank. Unfortunately, the only information they have provided is that the account remains under review, and they are unable to share any further details at this time. Our legal team is finalising a formal letter to the bank today. The letter explains the flow of funds and requests the immediate release of the account. In addition, our legal advisers have recommended that we begin discussions with licensed liquidators so that, if necessary, we can commence an orderly wind-down process with professional guidance. I will be spending the next few days making the necessary arrangements. Please be assured that I remain committed to keeping you informed.
