Domination Finance is a perpetual futures exchange for dominance indices: the relative market share of major crypto assets such as BTCDOM, ETHDOM, USDTDOM, BNBDOM and SOLDOM. Traders can use leverage on these proprietary oracle-backed markets.
The dfUSDC vault is the protocol's liquidity backbone. It is an ERC-4626 vault on Base where users deposit native USDC and receive dfUSDC shares. Vault capital acts as counterparty liquidity to leveraged trading activity on the exchange.
Yield comes from trading fees and counterparty PnL, not token emissions. Traders pay fees when positions are opened and closed, and part of those fees accrues to dfUSDC holders through the vault share price. Because the vault is the counterparty to traders, it also captures net trader losses over time, while net trader gains are paid from the vault.
