Nova Markets vaults

Nova Markets operates a perpetuals trading platform with its own Conviction Markets alongside access to Hyperliquid. Its Conviction Pool accepts USDC on Arbitrum and supplies shared counterparty liquidity for Nova's markets: profitable traders are paid from the pool, while fees and trader losses contribute to its capital.

Nova's contract disclosures identify the pool and state that Nova controls its administration. Gains Network supplies the underlying contract design, while Nova operates the deployment. This pool is separate from Nova's Lagoon-based NLP vault on HyperEVM, which makes markets on Hyperliquid order books.

Withdrawals and pool mechanics use a request and later claim, with a wait of one to three three-day epochs depending on collateralisation. Depositors bear trader PnL, USDC, oracle, smart-contract and administrative risks; Conviction Points are not guaranteed cash income. A separately dated launch announcement for this exact pool was not verified in the 28 October 2026 review.

Nova's risk disclosures describe operated keepers and oracles. A Nova 2-of-3 multisig controls governance: pool upgrades wait 14 days, while some trading-contract changes can use a ten-hour emergency route and market settings can change without a delay. The audit references in Nova's documentation concern upstream Gains contracts; no Nova-specific deployment audit report or attributable public development repository was verified as of 28 October 2026.
