About AUD Token
AUDT is an Australian Dollar-backed stablecoin on Ethereum, pegged 1:1 to AUD. Each token is backed by Australian dollars held in a licensed Australian bank account managed by AUDT Pty Ltd, part of the Chrono.tech ecosystem. It enables blockchain-based transactions denominated in Australian dollars.
AUDT (AUD Token) is an ERC-20 stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Australian dollar, issued by AUDT Pty Ltd (ACN: 627 827 383), an Australian company within the Chrono.tech ecosystem. Reserves are held in a licensed Australian bank account and subject to regular audits.

- Regulated under AUSTRAC (Australia's financial intelligence agency)
- ERC-20 token on Ethereum with 6 decimal places
- Originally launched March 2020
Status
Low circulating supply (~248,000 AUDT as of early 2026) and limited adoption. The original project website (audt.to) is no longer active.
