What Is GRVT Strategy?
A GRVT Strategy is a vault on the GRVT perpetual future DEX that allows verified strategy managers to run professionally managed investment strategies on-chain. GRVT calls its vault system “Strategies” and it serves as a compliant peer-to-peer on-chain investment marketplace.
GRVT Strategies are non-custodial and built on ZKsync technology. Smart contract logic automates the entire investment lifecycle — from accepting deposits to distributing profits. Strategy managers undergo verification, distinguishing the platform from traditional DeFi vaults where operator identity is often opaque.
How it works
When investors deposit USDT, they receive shares representing ownership, minted based on the strategy’s current net asset value (NAV)
Shares are burned upon redemption and their value fluctuates with strategy performance
Positions are updated with a four-hour delay to protect trader edge while giving investors visibility
Managers control trading but cannot withdraw investor funds
Fee structure
Management fees (0–4%): A continuous daily fee based on total assets under management
Performance fees (0–40%): Charged only on profits, calculated on entry/exit price differences at redemption
Strategy types on the platform range from AI-driven trading vaults and market-neutral yield strategies to professionally managed thematic portfolios and DeFi-focused strategies.
Unlike traditional DeFi vaults that expose strategy logic publicly and lack manager identity verification, GRVT adds verified managers, auditable strategies, and curated recommendations.
