TOR was a stablecoin issued by Hector Finance (Hector Network) on the Fantom blockchain. The Hector project collapsed in 2023 following losses from the Multichain bridge exploit, and tokenholders voted to liquidate the $16M treasury. TOR is now defunct and trades far below its peg.
