Our Accountable vault brings fixed-term OTC lending relationship, into modern digital rails. It combines a strict Single-Borrower Mandate, Waterfall Maturity Laddering, and user utility through DeFi composability. What you need to know:
Single borrower Mandate: Traditional credit funds and multi-borrower lending pools often suffer from "blind pool" risk—depositors surrender control over where their capital is allocated, leaving them exposed to opaque counterparty webs and potential risk contamination as the vault & strategies evolve.Our vault eliminates this ambiguity by hardcoding a Single-Borrower Mandate.
Restricted, Immutable Scope & Waterfall Liquidity: 100% of the vault’s active loan capacity is programmatically routed exclusively to a single, publicly traded institutional counterparty: Galaxy Digital. While each individual loan has 90-day maturity, monthly liquidity is available with LPs.
Total Visibility of Intended Use: Institutional LPs do not need to guess where their funds are going or underwrite moving targets. The vault restricts capital transfers to pre-approved addresses governed by a master institutional credit agreement.
