About Liquity V2 sBOLD
sBOLD is a yield-bearing ERC-4626 token built by K3 Capital that automates and compounds deposits across Liquity V2 stability pools. It allocates BOLD across the wstETH, rETH, and WETH stability pools in fixed proportions. sBOLD captures liquidation penalties with minimal collateral price exposure.
sBOLD is built by K3 Capital on top of Liquity V2. Users deposit BOLD stablecoin and receive sBOLD, an ERC-4626 receipt token that accrues a pro-rata share of stability pool interest.
The vault allocates deposits as follows: 60% to the wstETH stability pool, 30% to the rETH stability pool, and 10% to the WETH pool. Rewards are automatically compounded. sBOLD can also be used as collateral across DeFi platforms including Euler, Pendle, and Spectra.
sBOLD launched on 9 June 2025 and captured approximately 46% of all BOLD deposited into Liquity V2 stability pools. It is listed on CoinGecko and tracked on DefiLlama.
