What Is Netflow?
In the context of trading strategy, netflow typically refers to the net amount of money that flows into or out of a available capital over a specific period. It represents the difference between the inflows (capital deposited) and outflows (capital redeemed or withdrawn) from the fund.
Netflow is an important metric related to Total value locked (TVL) as it can effect on the trading strategy performance.
Positive netflows indicates that TVL is growing
Negative netflows indicate that more capital is being redeemed, which can reduce its TVL
