About the vault
The vault provides two-sided liquidity for USPC on Agra, earning a base yield on idle capital plus a liquidity premium from quoting bids and offers around NAV. Deposited USDC is split across two legs: the offer side mints USPC directly with the issuer at par, and the bid side converts to USDS and sits in the USDS Flagship vault on Morpho earning roughly 5% base yield. Capital cycles continuously between the legs, withdrawing idle USDS to settle bids and returning offer proceeds to the yield-bearing leg until redeployed.
