About the vault
This is an auto-looping vault for aHYPER, the Hyperithm Delta Neutral Vault. It provides depositors with leveraged exposure to the underlying strategy. The vault inherits aHYPER’s underlying risks, including delta-neutral execution risk, funding fee volatility, counterparty risk, and smart contract risk. It also introduces additional risks from its use of an isolated lending market, such as on-chain lending risk, oracle or market misconfiguration, and collateral liquidation. Returns are driven by the spread between aHYPER’s yield and the USDC borrowing cost, multiplied by the leverage factor. A positive spread enhances returns, while a negative spread amplifies losses. Deleveraging depends on USDC liquidity in the relevant Morpho market and aHYPER redemption liquidity. If liquidity is constrained, unwinding may be delayed.
