About the vault
FACTOR is a Plume vault providing exposure to private, asset-backed invoice-financing opportunities. Capital is allocated across individually underwritten receivables facilities, where eligible invoices or receivables support the financing structure. The vault is designed to capture income from net working capital lending while maintaining a dedicated liquidity sleeve for redemptions.
Plume curates and underwrites each facility, investing alongside Deep Ocean Partners rather than serving as the sole lender. The portfolio is expected to expand gradually as additional facilities are approved. Yield accrues through interest and financing income generated by the underlying receivables positions.
