nPRIME provides access to Hastra PRIME, which packages exposure to Figure's Democratized Prime lending marketplace. The underlying strategy provides capital to finance pools of Figure-originated home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), secured by residential real estate.
The vault holds PRIME and wYLDS as backing assets. PRIME represents staked wYLDS, with accrued returns reflected in its redemption value. Hastra manages the underlying lending allocations, while nPRIME provides access through the vault.

Hastra deploys staked wYLDS into this lending strategy and packages the position as PRIME. Accrued returns are reflected in PRIME's value relative to wYLDS. Yield varies with lending-market conditions, utilization, underlying performance, fees and the vault's asset allocation.
Risks: nPRIME is exposed to borrower credit and residential property risk through its underlying lending strategy, as well as liquidity, counterparty and smart contract risks. Yield is variable, principal can decline, and redemptions depend on available liquidity and settlement processes.
