Protocol Vault

The Protocol Vault is ApeX Omni's flagship official vault, built and operated by the ApeX team itself rather than a third-party strategy manager. It is the ApeX equivalent of a protocol market-making or liquidity-provider vault such as Hyperliquid's HLP or Lighter's LLP, and it holds the large majority of all ApeX vault TVL.

Depositors pool USDT and earn a proportional share of the perpetual-futures liquidation fees collected across the ApeX Omni exchange. ApeX totals these fees daily and distributes them to vault holders through a net asset value (NAV) update at 08:00 UTC, so returns come from real exchange activity rather than directional trading. The product is positioned as low-risk, steady growth with no exposure to high-risk strategies, and is designed to avoid negative yield.

• Denominated in USDT
• Minimum deposit of 10 USDT
• Total vault cap raised over time to around 20,000,000 USDT, with a per-user cap raised from 200,000 USDT up to around 1,000,000 USDT
• Daily NAV update at 08:00 UTC; shares are issued at the next NAV after a deposit
• No lock-up: principal and accrued yield are redeemable back to the depositing account

Realised yield varies with exchange liquidation activity. ApeX has run promotional campaigns advertising rates in the region of 22-32% APY, but the vault does not guarantee any fixed rate.
