Rix Crypto Fund II ("The Vault") is launched under the umbrella of Mavrix Ventures ("The Manager").
BANKING ON THE FUTURE OF MONEY AND FINANCE
Rix Crypto Fund II is a non-custodial discretionary portfolio on Enzyme that focuses on digital assets and decentralized protocols that are enabling real-world financial use cases. The Fund provides exposure to the DeFi ecosystem through a multi-strategy approach between capital appreciating & yield generating strategies. Mavrix Ventures has an elaborated framework for portfolio construction and asset allocation. The Fund is actively managed, based on decisions made at the portfolio manager's discretion.
PORTFOLIO CONSTRUCTION
The Fund will generally seek to have exposure in fifteen to twenty Digital Assets with a full position size of 2% to 50% of the Fund's net asset value under normal market conditions. The portfolio's ten largest long positions will normally account for between 75% to 85% of the Fund's net asset value. The Manager will not short Digital Assets and the Fund will hold up to 5% in USDC until a more developed market presents itself.
