About the vault
USPC is the wrapper for iUSPC, a tokenized structured note issued by Shift Capital Ltd. Its underlying portfolio follows an actively managed credit strategy across DeFi, CeFi and TradFi, focused on senior credit and overcollateralized lending. The portfolio is managed under a defined liquidity mandate by Asset Management Switzerland AG, a FINMA-licensed asset manager. The expected underlying portfolio liquidity profile is approximately 50% redeemable within one week and 100% within one month, subject to underlying redemption terms and market conditions. Withdrawals from the Morpho vault depend on available USDC liquidity in the lending market. Please note that only whitelisted addresses can deposit to this vault.
