About the vault
A USDC Credit Vault on Ethereum that allocates to fixed-rate, fixed-term lending against tokenized RWA (T-Bills, MM Funds, Private Credit) originated on the Zharta Finance. The exposure is institutional RWA credit priced bilaterally, with segregated custody per deal. Undeployed USDC liquidity is supplied to Aave Horizon's RWA market while origination ramps.
Risk & Liquidity
The vault operates within a defined risk mandate covering duration (90 days max. tenor), collateral eligibility, LTV and LLTV caps, concentration limits and liquidity reserves. A liquidity buffer is held in RWA money-markets as an on-demand reserve, if redemptions arrive while capital is locked, they queue and origination stops until they are fully processed.
